Personal Life & Family
A proud graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business (1990),
Pamela resides in the Tri-Cities with a rich family legacy. She is the devoted mother of four
adult children—three sons and one daughter—and the cherished grandmother (“MiMi”) to five
grandchildren. For the past four years, she has been lovingly raising an additional “bonus”
grandchild, demonstrating her heart for nurturing and family.
Pamela treasured her role as the baby girl and best friend to her beloved mother, Ernestine,
who served as her guiding light until her untimely passing in 2011. This profound relationship
continues to inspire her dedication to mentoring and supporting others.

The foundation’s mission is to see people walk in wholeness, victory, power, and freedom from the various “holes” encountered in life’s journey—whether trauma, rejection, insecurity, anxiety, fear, or depression.
The organization operates on the principle that as people are Equipped with tools, Empowered by Truth, and Encouraged to Transform, they will achieve true wholeness and declare “NO MORE HOLES.” The foundation focuses on five key areas: Spiritual Wholeness, Emotional Wholeness, Physical Wholeness, Relational wholeness, and Financial Wholeness.

Pamela has successfully organized and hosted multiple major conferences, including her 5th Annual Whole Woman Conference in the Tri-Cities and her 3rd Whole Man Conference in Tacoma, Washington. These events create transformative spaces for attendees to find victory, freedom, and power from every challenge they have faced.
